I spent today at the Buddha Stupa, such a peaceful, slow day. I went to the monastery; there were monks living there.
Each flag flutters with a prayer—for love, for clarity. Tibetan Prayer Flags
The wind moves gently, and the fragrance of incense flows within,
like a soft whisper of goodwill and positive energy to the soul.
There was also a quiet cafe, shared with only a handful of people. Each had a small meal or drink; read a borrowed book from the small free collection that lined a shelf; or spent time in meditation on pillows facing windows.
I had the the luxury of spending the whole day reading a book by a Rinpoche and meditating on its meaning (which I have grasped only partially).
Ended the day with another beautiful meal.
